Oluwafemi Anthony Adeleke

Oluwafemi Anthony Adeleke

Monash University
Oluwafemi's research interests include structural mechanics, failure analysis and aircraft repair. His PhD develops hybrid repair methods for aircraft composite structures, combining numerical simulation with hands-on composite repair experiments. He is skilled in structural design and analysis using Abaqus, CATIA and Matlab, and is keen to apply his research to an industry problem and gain Australian engineering experience. He is pursuing this internship specifically to gain Australian industry experience and apply his research to a commercial problem. He is enrolled full-time in his PhD, has not previously undertaken an internship, and is available for a 3–5 month placement on-site in Melbourne or remote, and open to interstate. He would welcome a broad range of structural, composites, defence or advanced-materials projects.
Nada Mohamed Rezk

Nada Mohamed Rezk

Monash University
Nada's research interests include targeted nanomedicine, biopharmaceutics, and precision oncology therapeutics. She is skilled in nanoparticle synthesis, aptamer conjugation, HPLC, confocal microscopy, and in situ/in vitro intestinal modelling, with extensive experience in orthotopic tumor models, cell culture, and clinical pharmacy practice. Nada seeks to leverage her interdisciplinary pharmaceutical expertise and translational perspective toward developing commercially viable precision therapeutics in industry.
Abdulwaheed Adelekan Tella

Abdulwaheed Adelekan Tella

Monash University
His research interests focus on geospatial artificial intelligence, climate change adaptation, and multi-hazard risk in the built environment, including flooding, urban heat stress, and land surface temperature dynamics. He is skilled in GIS, spatial analysis, and Python-based data analytics, and he seek an internship to synthesise adaptation science and support policy- and planning-relevant decision-making. He is currently a PhD candidate at Monash University, with research closely aligned to this project’s focus on climate change adaptation and multi-hazard risk in the built environment. His doctoral work involves systematic synthesis of adaptation science and spatial analysis of climate-related hazards, which directly supports the objectives of the internship. He is keen to contribute these skills within a professional research setting and he is able to discuss availability and administrative requirements as needed.
