Vindya Nishadi Warnakulasooriyage

Vindya’s research interests include combinatorics and discrete mathematics, statistical theory, and computational logic and formal language. She is also skilled in Python. She holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Mathematics from the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka. Before starting her Ph.D. at RMIT university, she worked as a lecturer attached to the Department of Mathematics, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka for three years. Vindya would like the opportunity to apply her research commercially.

Eugene is a PhD candidate at the Kolling Institute at the Royal North Shore Hospital. His research interests are biomarker and drug discovery in patient-derived models of disease with a special focus on mitochondrial dysfunction and its relation to coronary artery disease (CAD). He has experience in various laboratory techniques ranging from cell culture, confocal microscopy to ELISAs. Eugene is interested in an internship to apply his research skills in a commercial setting.

Catherine is a second year PhD student in the Population Health and Immunity/ Immunology division at Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. She is skilled in immunological assay development, serological processing of PBMCs, molecular characterisation of antibodies, and phenotypic/transcriptional profiling of cells. She is also skilled in R studio for data visualisation. Catherine would be honoured at the opportunity to apply her skillsets commercially, eager to learn new techniques along the way.
Suraj Aranha

Suraj's expertise lies in engineering conceptual designs to manufactured products. Suraj has worked as Design Engineer for a shipbuilding company designing ships upto 80m in length and later joined the team of artisit duo Pors and Rao and their lab in Zurich, Switzerland to design and develop complex animatronic artworks using skills like CAD, Python, C++, embeded C, kinematic design and motor control. An intership would help showcase his skills but also to learn and adapt to Australian work environments.

Daiana is researching the use of autonomous vehicles for seabed mining, focusing on identifying environmental responsibility issues. She has experience in the education sector on the academic and administrative levels. She is currently seeking an opportunity to work in the industry, preferentially in the areas related to the marine environment, autonomous systems for ocean purposes, and consulting.

Lakma's research interests include biostatistics, intimate partner violence, women's well-being, and data modeling in public health. As a statistical expert, Lakma is experienced with the entire research process, including data collection, handling, and advanced statistical analysis using tools such as R, SPSS, AMOS, and Minitab. Lakma would like to apply her research findings to improve society's well-being.

With a fervent passion for applying his expertise in SAV research, survey design, and data analysis to real-world challenges, Lirui is dedicated to assisting organizations in addressing specific research challenges and resolving key issues within the dynamic transport industry.

Aravind is a Civil engineer / Infrastructure enthusiast with over four years of industrial experience, keen to explore various dimensions of sustainability of cities, with a particular interest in land administration, renewable energy adoption, climate change and the use of Industry 4.0 technologies. Aravind is currently pursuing doctoral research at The University of Melbourne in Sustainable Smart Cities; he enjoys doing it the 'not-so-followed' way and am always open to learning the fresh.

She possesses expertise in the fields of organic synthesis, soil analysis, and the Agricultural Production Systems Simulator (APSIM). She is interested in using her research in a commercial setting and is seeking opportunities to do so.
