Farjana is conducting her PhD at Central Queensland University Australia under the school of Engineering and Technology.
Her main focus is to produce commercial grade automobile diesel from mixed waste plastic pyrolysis. She has hands on experience on operating a pyrolyzer. She has also done characterization of the produced pyrolysis oil by using several fuel property measuring instruments. She has also conducted optimization of pyrolysis process parameters by using Minitab software.
