RESEARCH TO BE CONDUCTED

EQ Minds is seeking an individual capable of analyzing data, producing comprehensive reports, and further developing research projects in collaboration with a top ASX-listed industry partner. The objective is to assess the effectiveness of our proactive wellbeing workshops, interventions, and programs in enhancing key outcomes such as emotional wellbeing and life satisfaction

RESEARCH OUTCOMES

  • Determine the effectiveness of proactive wellbeing workshops, interventions, and programs.
  • Identify key factors influencing emotional wellbeing and life satisfaction.
  • Provide insights into the impact of collaboration with ASX-listed industry partners on wellbeing initiatives.
  • Generate actionable recommendations for enhancing future wellbeing strategies and interventions.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

The intern will receive $3,000 per month of the internship, usually in the form of scholarship payments.

It is expected that the intern will primarily undertake this research project during regular business hours and maintain contact with their academic mentor throughout the internship either through face-to-face or phone meetings as appropriate.

The intern and their academic mentor will have the opportunity to negotiate the project’s scope, milestones and timeline during the project planning stage.
