United Water International is commencing operation of the Avoca Water Treatment Plant. A review of the condition and operation of the reverse osmosis system was conducted. The aim of this review was to better understand the reasons behind the sub-optimal performance of the process, with lower recovery rates and higher levels of fouling than originally expected based on the original design specifications.
The research aims to investigate the water quality characterisation of water quality across the entire process.
