My current PhD project relates to fluid mechanics, and I have to develop many analytical and numerical modelling of the bubble-based acoustic frequency comb. Moreover, I can use different simulating and computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Matlab, Mathematica, COMSOL Multiphysics, L-Edit, AutoCAD and Solidworks. I am also proficient in Python and C/C++ programming. Undertaking an internship could prepare me well for further achievements in academia and industry.

Application of Research to Industry

In my master study, I gained comprehensive knowledge of the micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) manufacturing and fabrication techniques from doing coursework and research. Moreover, I can use different simulating and computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Matlab, Mathematica, COMSOL Multiphysics, L-Edit, AutoCAD and Solidworks. I am also proficient in Python and C/C++ programming. Currently, I am undertaking a PhD course in Physics and have passed the Mid-Candidature Review milestone. During my PhD study, I have published two research papers as the first author in two high-impact peer-reviewed journals—Scientific Reports and Physical Review E, and one review paper in Sensors journal as the co-author. I also gave two oral talks at Australia and New Zealand Industrial and Applied Mathematics (ANZIAM) 2021 and 2022 conferences, a prestigious international conference in my current research field. According to the report of the Mid-Candidature Review milestone panel, this is remarkable progress. Therefore, undertaking an internship will not affect my ability to complete my PhD study. In contrast, it could amplify the outcomes of my PhD study. Hence, I believe that I am qualified for undertaking an internship position and this could prepare me well for further achievements in academia and industry. I would appreciate being considered for work on an internship project.
