Taniya’s research interests include understanding how microorganisms develop resistance to antimicrobial agents when attached to different materials. She is also skilled in analytical and microscopic techniques including UV-Vis, FTIR, fluorescence, confocal and AFM. Taniya would like the opportunity to acquire the exposure for novel technology and apply the achieved strengths in research and knowledge dissemination to address emerging global issues.
