Shahab is a passionate neuroscientist working towards his PhD through the Clinical Medicine department at Macquarie University. He has distinctive experience in molecular and cell biology on top of 12 years of research experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics at the Royan Institute. Shahab is deeply interested in studying neurodegeneration from a system biology perspective. He has attended numerous workshops on functional pathway and protein-protein interaction and has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed papers.
