Nicodemus is an expert in environmental health with interest in policy review, analysis and synthesis of information into actionable policy advice.
Nico is a principal zoologist and environmental health scientist with 10 years as regional manager overseeing Neglected Tropical Diseases control in Kenya but currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Tasmania. He is a One Health specialist with interdisciplinary background in Zoology, Tropical Animal health, Environmental Health and currently into Medical studies – Dietary health. He has a specialist interest in ‘One Health’ as a systems approach to solving hunger, nutrition & health problems.
