Lucas’ research interests include quantum information, error correction and computing. He has worked on R&D for a biomedical startup, and also on academic research in the fields of photonics as well as forecasting. He is a co-inventor of 2 patent applications. He has in-depth experience with high performance computing, numerical electromagnetic simulations, statistical modelling, and the programming languages C, R, Python, MATLAB, Julia and Java. Lucas would like the opportunity to work in industry following his PhD in quantum theory.
