Jen’s research interests include biochemistry, molecular biology and structural biology.
She is skilled in agarose gel electrophoresis, size-exclusion chromatography, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, agarose gel electrophoresis, NanoDrop, maintenance of insect cell culture, protein expression in insect cells, affinity purification, gBlock cloning and sequencing.
