My research will add to the literature by investigating the effectiveness of e-HR on OP alongside the role of Sustainable Human Resources (SHRM).

Technology has improved human resources (HR) activities and turned them into more efficient and accurate ones. Most HR activities changed to an electronic system, Electronic Human resources (e-HR) based on the value of reducing time and cost. I am applying to engage my research topic by taking an internship and learning new skills.
