Marie-Elle is a PhD student in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. She is interested in Biomedical research, and has strong technical skills in microbiology, molecular biology and histology.
Marie-Elle’s PhD project aims to investigate the association between maternal periodontitis and fetal heart development in genetically susceptible embryos.
Marie-Elle would like to gain industrial experience to complement her research expertise.
