Sining’s research interests focus on T cell exhaustion in chronic infection and cancer. They are skilled in conducting experiments to identify molecular mechanisms of T cell dysfunction, including spectral flow cytometry, working with mice, single-cell RNA sequencing, and ATAC sequencing. Sining seeks an internship opportunity to apply their research in an industry setting, translating scientific insights into therapeutic innovations.
