Nahid Tanjum’s research focuses on developing a predictive cost estimation model for residential construction using machine learning techniques. By leveraging detailed project data such as BOQ, architectural drawings, site conditions, and historical cost records, his aim is to create an early-stage estimation tool that improves accuracy, reduces manual workload, and supports decision-making for builders and estimators across Australia.
