Luis is a civil engineer, pursuing a research master’s program focus is in evaluating seismic vulnerability. He is carrying out a seismic vulnerability evaluation of masonry structures (especially historical heritage) and developing techniques for preserve historic masonry structures in australia. He already has experience in modal identification, structural modeling and risk evaluation in structures using programs like SAP2000, AUTOCAD Civil, ETABS, Matlab, Abaqus.
