Lily’s research interests lie in off-site construction, sustainability and decarbonisation, and operations research. With a background in civil and structural engineering, she has worked on real-life infrastructure design projects. During her PhD, Lily gained expertise in simulation modelling and mathematical optimisation, and she is proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java, as well as simulation software like AnyLogic. She is passionate about applying her skills in a practical, commercial environment through an internship.
