Alireza is a PhD candidate in Environmental Engineering at the University of Melbourne. His research focuses on sustainable stormwater management using waste tyre permeable pavements, combining laboratory, field, and modelling approaches. He is eager to apply his technical and collaborative skills in industry-focused projects through an internship.
He is flexible with internship arrangements and open to different formats, including full-time placements of three to six months or part-time collaborations of two days per week alongside my PhD. He is willing to commence an internship immediately or towards the later stages of my PhD, as he has the option to extend my candidature if required. This flexibility ensures that he can contribute effectively to industry projects without interruption, while maintaining strong links between his research and practical applications. He is also committed to continuing collaboration with industry partners beyond the internship, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role after completing his PhD.
