Aamir has a big experience of working in different government departments in Pakistan. His research areas focus on organizational behaviour, organizational psychology and HRM. His latest research appeared in high ranked journals in his field like Personnel Review. Aamir is enthusiastic about the internship opportunity in order to gain a better understanding of real world problems that are not adequately represented in research.
