RESEARCH TO BE CONDUCTED
Our company is modern in terms of being paperless, use of ERP and using the office 365 ecosystem. We aim to be at the forefront of innovation in terms of automation of our business processes and technical report writing.
The research will include a review of current business processes and report library, identifying solutions for automation of tasks.

If you’re a postgraduate research student and meet some or all the below we want to hear from you. We strongly encourage women, indigenous and disadvantaged candidates to apply:
- Computer science, use of AI agents, large language models, integrations with third party apps
- Business process, ERP software
- Experience with sharepoint, office 365, power BI and co pilot
- Technical report writing
RESEARCH OUTCOMES
Establish a strategy for implementation of automations including timelines, to include:
- Technical report writing – strategy to implement LLM to populate report sections for engineers and technicians when preparing their technical reports.
- Business processes – strategy to implement efficiencies identified including apps, integrations and in-house solutions
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The intern will receive $3,300 per month of the internship, usually in the form of scholarship payments.
It is expected that the intern will primarily undertake this research project during regular business hours and maintain contact with their academic mentor throughout the internship either through face-to-face or phone meetings as appropriate.
The intern and their academic mentor will have the opportunity to negotiate the project’s scope, milestones and timeline during the project planning stage.
