Unlocking the Power of Breathwork, Hot and Cold Exposure: Transforming the Human Body
Location:
Melbourne, VIC
The interplay between breathwork, cold water therapy, and sauna use has garnered significant attention due to their potential benefits on physical and mental health. Breathwork techniques, ranging from controlled deep breathing to hyperventilation, are believed to influence autonomic nervous system regulation and stress resilience. Cold water immersion, meanwhile, is associated with improved cardiovascular function, enhanced immune response, and mental well-being. Similarly, sauna exposure is known for its potential to improve cardiovascular health, detoxification, and relaxation.
Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) are increasingly used to monitor and detect small targets at sea. These USVs currently rely on radar systems to detect these small targets at sea. This project will provide a novel solution to detection using an advanced marine radar solution.
Development of an RShiny App for Longitudinal Protein Expression Data Analysis
Location:
Melbourne, VIC
CSL is seeking a Statistics, Biostatistics or Bioinformatics student to develop a web-based tool in RShiny to streamline the statistical analysis of longitudinal protein expression data. This critical tool will revolutionise how scientists analyse longitudinal protein expression data and accelerate the drug development pipeline at CSL Research.
Development of an occupant detection system for vehicle seating that detects the presence of the occupant and the wearing of the seatbelt. The design will include wireless transmission to a main display unit that will record/store/transmit the data to a head office.
WaveSense: Advanced Signal Processing and AI for Next-Gen Human Presence Detection
