Samira Ghafari Gousheh is a data-driven researcher specialising in modelling human responses using large-scale observational datasets (ASHRAE) and physiological signals (EEG). She develops end-to-end analytical pipelines incorporating feature selection, validation, and interpretability. She aims to apply these methods to biomedical data and contribute to robust, clinically meaningful biomarker discovery.

She has primarily developed my analytical workflows in Python, particularly for handling complex observational datasets and building end-to-end modelling pipelines. While her academic background is in architecture, her work has consistently focused on data-driven approaches, including modelling human responses using large-scale datasets and physiological signals.

Alongside this, She am currently completing an intensive data science program that includes statistical modelling and R-based analysis, and she is actively extending my skills to align with biostatistical workflows.

Her research has emphasised extracting interpretable and robust insights from heterogeneous data, and she is particularly interested in applying these methods to biomedical datasets, where similar challenges arise in high-dimensional analysis and biomarker discovery. She is highly motivated to deepen my knowledge in this area and contribute meaningfully to developing reliable and clinically relevant analytical pipelines.
