Anna’s research interests include DNA methylation, epigenetic ageing, and biomarker discovery. She is skilled in long-read sequencing analysis, multi-omic data integration, and statistical modelling, with extensive experience using R and Python. Her background also spans biochemical engineering, Alzheimer’s drug development, and wet lab research. Anna would like the opportunity to apply her research in a real-world clinical and industry setting.
